ANALISIS PENYIMPANAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS DI RSUD PURI HUSADA TEMBILAHAN TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Filling of medical record documents is an activity to filling medical records intended to protect it from physical damage and the contents of these documents. Medical record documents are one of the important factors in providing services in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the filling of medical record documents at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Juni-Oktober 2020 which was conducted at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. The subjects in this study were Head of Non-Medical Services, Head of Medical Records Installation Room, and all filling Officers. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. The results found that the filling system used in the PuriHusadaTembilahan RSUD uses a centralized method for filling and a direct numbering method for alignment, the filling procedure is good and is in accordance with the Ministry of Health's Republic of Indonesia standards, but the SPO has not been posted to the storage room to make it easier for officers to see the SPO, facilities filling uses 2 units of roll o pack and the rest uses open shelves with a height of more than 2M and the distance between the shelves ± 70 cm. Suggestions in this study are expected to be a numbering method that should be adjusted to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health in 2006, it is hoped that the SPO should be attached to the room to make it easier for officers to see and know the contents of the SPO, and it is hoped that the filling facilities used will be adjusted to the standards of the officer's body.
