ANALISIS PERILAKU PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2020

The COVID-19 preventive behavior is a measure to prevent COVID-19 with steps including washing hands using hand sanitizer / soap, avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth, implementing coughing or sneezing ethics by covering the nose and mouth with a tissue and throwing them in the trash, wearing medical mask if you have respiratory symptoms and keep a distance (at least 1 M) from people experiencing respiratory symptoms. Data on COVID-19 cases at the Pekanbaru City Health Office has increased very significantly per day and Tampan District is the highest COVID-19 cases from other districts, which has 51 ODP cases and 5 PDP cases. This study aims to determine the analysis of COVID-19 prevention behavior in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design. The population was all families living in Tampan sub-district as many as 424 families with a research sample of 202 households. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. Data processing using computerization. Data analysis using univariate (descriptive) analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents did not take prevention by 55%, respondents with low knowledge were 52%, negative attitudes were 56.9%, and respondents with bad actions were 52.5%. It is advisable to related parties to urge the public to continue to carry out health protocols such as washing hands in running water, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and staying at home, so that the transmission of the COVID-19 transmission chain can be resolved and the number of COVID-19 cases can be minimized.
