One way to increase breast milk is by doing oxytocin massage. This care aims to determine the benefits of giving oxytocin massage to increase breast milk production. The method used is a case study by giving oxytocin massage to postpartum women with the criteria of postpartum women on day 3 postpartum and carried out for 6 days. Case taking was carried out at PMB Dince Safrina from April 25 - May 2, 2022. Furthermore, the author looks for postpartum patients and makes the first contact with the patient and makes an agreement with the patient. After that the patient agrees with the agreement that has been made and signs informed consent. From the results of care carried out oxytocin massage twice a day for 6 days. From the evaluation results, the patient managed to collect 120 ml of breast milk on day 6. The conclusion was that there was a significant milk yield after oxytocin massage for 6 days. In case management actions have been given in accordance with the mother's complaints and the mother has accepted and understood and the mother implements the recommendations that have been given. The suggestion for this care is to teach postpartum women to do oxytocin massage to facilitate breast milk production. And for PMB to facilitate employees to attend oxytocin massage training
