ANALISIS PERBEDAAN PEMBIAYAAN PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS (DM) ANTARA PASIEN UMUM DENGAN PASIEN BPJS DI RUMAH SAKIT X

Abstract

INA CBG's a program in determining the payment of health care services to a disease or actions based on diagnosis codes and actions. There are differences in hospital costs with the cost of  INA CBG's package on payment of claims BPJS in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). This study included descriptive approach with quantitative approach is also called the data processing nonstatistik subjects in the study consisted of three informants such as Head of room casemix, Staff part casemix BPJS, and treasurer section X Hospital. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis technique that is obtained from interviews, observation and document search results. The results showed the cost of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in X Hospital Pekanbaru the highest of the INA CBG's costs amounting to Rp 13,075,000 and smallest hospital costs Rp 7,190,000. To improve services and patient satisfaction X Hospital should consider the cost that is not too much difference in cost is the cost of INA CBG's packages and re-evaluate the calculation of cost of medical services to achieve high efficiency while maintaining the quality of service at the Hospital.
