Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah kolaboratif terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimental (quasi eksperimen) dan desain penelitian kelompok pretest dan posttest yang tidak setara. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 140 orang, terdiri dari 70 siswa di kelompok eksperimen dan 70 orang di kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes pretest dan posttest. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t sampel independen. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pada posttest, nilai signifikansi > 0,050 dan juga perbedaan rata-rata pada posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran pada kedua kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah kolaboratif, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.
