Efektivitas Buku Ajar Interaktif Berbasis Simulasi Game Online Dalam Menurunkan Kecemasan Akademik Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas buku ajar interaktif berbasis simulasi game online dalam menurunkan kecemasan serta meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada siswa SMA berisiko dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan melibatkan 70 peserta yang dibagi secara merata ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen menggunakan buku ajar interaktif yang mengintegrasikan elemen permainan dan skenario kehidupan nyata, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional di kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui Test Anxiety Inventory (TAI), tes tertulis, serta kuesioner terbuka untuk menilai tingkat kecemasan, pemahaman konsep, dan pengalaman belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa pada kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan kecemasan yang signifikan, khususnya bagi mereka yang sejak awal memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang dan tinggi. Selain itu, kelompok eksperimen juga menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep yang lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi buku ajar interaktif berbasis simulasi game dapat memperbaiki hasil belajar dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung dan menurunkan kecemasan, sehingga menjangkau aspek kognitif sekaligus emosional dalam proses pendidikan. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan perangkat digital semacam ini dalam pembelajaran untuk mendorong pendekatan yang lebih holistik terhadap pembelajaran siswa.
