Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy pada Penyandang Disabilitas: Systematic Literature Review

Para penyandang disabilitas seringkali menghadapi hambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan karier yang memengaruhi partisipasi mereka dalam dunia kerja. Hal tersebut terjadi salah satunya karena rendahnya career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk perilaku CDMSE, faktor yang memengaruhinya, serta intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan CDMSE pada penyandang disabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menyaring artikel dari database Taylor & Francis, ScienceDirect, ERIC, Springer, Wiley, dan Garuda yang diterbitkan dalam rentang waktu 2015–2025. Dari 271 artikel awal, delapan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dievaluasi lebih lanjut. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perilaku CDMSE bervariasi tergantung jenis disabilitas dan dukungan yang dimiliki. Faktor yang memengaruhi CDMSE meliputi faktor intrapersonal, sosial, serta struktural. Intervensi berbasis Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan CDMSE. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang lebih inklusif.
