DETERMINAN IMUNISASI DASAR LENGKAP PADA BADUTA USIA 12-24 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA BLUD UPTD PUSKESMAS CERENTI

Abstract

The lowest complete basic immunization coverage in Riau province is Kuantan Singingi Regency, BLUD UPTD Cerenti Community Health Center is one of the Community Health Centers in the Kuantan Singingi Regency area with IDL achievements from 2019 to 2022 continuing to decline from 91.4% to 38.2%, In 2020 there was 1 case of measles while in 2019 there was no case of measles and in November 2022 there was also a suspected polio incident in 1 child aged 6 years, where the child suddenly became paralyzed. This research generally aims to determine the determinants (factors that influence) complete basic immunization in toddlers aged 12-24 months. This research used a descriptive analytical design with a cross sectional design, sampling using the quota sampling method with a total sample of 139 samples (baduta mothers). Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The location of the research was carried out in the BLUD UPTD work area of the Cerenti Community Health Center starting from June - July 2023. From the research results, the variables obtained were knowledge (p=0.0001, POR 10.800), trust (p=0.0001, POR = 2.633), support family (p=0.0001, POR = 4.063), the role of health workers (p=0.0001, POR=5.445) have a significant relationship with IDL. Meanwhile, employment variables (p=0.841, POR = 0.843) and education level (p=0.161, POR = 1.758) have no relationship with IDL. For this reason, it is recommended that the BLUD UPTD of the Cerenti Community Health Center provide education to mothers of toddlers before carrying out immunizations and create family classes for toddlers
