Pada prinsipnya peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memahami terwujudnya iktikad baik dalam pelaksanaan restrukturisasi kredit pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Iktikad baik itu sendiri merupakan suatu tindakan serta niatan yang diwujudkan serta dituangkan melalui tindakan-tindakan yang responsive, positif, dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga seluruh tujuan awal dari kredit antara para pihak dapat tercapai dan terlaksana dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu yuridis normative yang memfokuskan terhadap hukum positif berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan, jurnal-jurnal, buku-buku yang secara langsung berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil kajian penelitian ini diharapkan berguna untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa serta berdampak langsung terhadap dunia perkreditan.

Abstract

In principle, this research aims to identify and understand the realization of good faith in the implementation of credit restructuring during the Covid-19 pandemic. Good faith itself is an action and intention that is realized and poured through responsive, positive, and responsible actions, so that all the initial goals of credit between the parties can be achieved and carried out properly. The method used in this research is normative juridical which focuses on positive law based on regulations, journals, books that are directly related to this research. The results of this research study are expected to be useful for the intellectual life of the nation and have a direct impact on the world of credit.
