Determinan Ketidaklengkapan Imunisasi Dasar Pada Bayidi Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sapat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Tahun 2019

Abstract

Immunization is the five immunization base for baby before the age of one year. The immunization consisting of five:  hepatitis b ( dpt-hb-hib ) and measles. Immunization coverage base complete lowest in Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir is PuskesmasSapat (54,5% ), Research objectives is to research incompleteness immunization basic determinant in toddlers in PuskesmasSapatKabupaten Indragiri Hilir on 2019. This is a research method quantitative analytic observational by design cross sectional. Research population is a baby age 0-12 month in PuskesmasSapatKabupaten Indragiri Hilirtahun 2019 are 596 toddlers. A total of 220 sample of a person taken uses the method systematic random sampling. The collection of data were collected primary data through interviews structured on the use of questionnaires. Analysis of data done with univariatanalysis ,bivariat and multivariate multvariat regression the logistics double. The results of the study known variable family encouragement to the Relation of Cause and Effect (CI 95% : OR=7,429-39,655), Education of the Mother (CI 95% : OR=4,442-20,840), Knowledge of the Mother (CI 95% : OR=1,076-4,663). It is recommended for mother and families to know better and and give positive attitude to toddlers. Besides, families need to support mothers to give the basic immunization to toddlers. As for the suggestion that the Posyandu Cadres providing information to the mother health as an effort to increase the basic knowledge about immunizations.
