DESAIN TATA RUANG FILLING REKAM MEDIS BERDASARKAN ILMU ERGONOMI DI RUMAH SAKIT X PEKANBARU

Abstrak

The layout of the medical record filiing room is very important to pay attention to in order to provide quality and effective medical record administration. If the layout in the filling room is not according to standards and ergonomics, it can interfere with the activities of officers in carrying out work and can interfere with the comfort of officers at work. The research method used is descriptive. The subject of this research is the head of the medical record room and the object of this research is the medical record filling room. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and measurement. The results of this study indicate that there are still some medical record filling room arrangements that are not in accordance with the standards, namely the area of the room, and the distance between shelves. But for lighting, temperature, facilities and infrastructure are in accordance with existing standards and are ergonomic. This study also produced an ergonomic medical record filling room design with an area of 54.7m², 19 medical record shelves which have a length of 2.5m, width 35cm, height 1.5m.
