Gambaran Manajemen Ruang Rekam Medis Ditinjau Dari Aspek Workspace dan Workflow di RSIA “X” Tahun 2020

Abstract

The work space or work area in the filing section should be close to the work of medical records, so that they are able to find and distribute medical record documents more quickly, Work flow (work order) for files or medical record documents from assembling, coding, indexing, analyzing reporting and filing. Initial surveys show that officers are inconvenienced because the arrangement of the officer's work desks is not in accordance with work flow and work space standards. Research method This research was carried out by the medical record unit RSIA "X" and was carried out in September 2020. Methods of data collection were descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 3 observations and interviews with primary and secondary data sources. The results of the Work Space in the medical record room at RSIA “X” Pekanbaru show that all officers have concurrent work, nothing only specifically in the Filing, registration and reporting section, all concurrently into one, according to the turn that all medical record officers already understand the work space in the medical record room. The medical record document workflow is divided into 2 flows, namely the complete and incomplete medical record document flow.
