Abstract

World Health Organization (2012) immunization until 2011 to protect up to two to three million deaths. The country an estimated 1.7 million deaths in children is a disease that can be prevented with immunization (PD3I). Scopes Universal Child Immunization (UCI) / urban village in thousand Rokan Hilir reached target of national deposits amounting to 95 %. Based on the routine 2019, the urban village to village Universal Child Immunization (UCI) / regency reached Rokan downstream 56,47% (the P2P, 2019). The purpose of this discovery decisive factor in the universal child immunization Bagan Siapiapi Bangko district community health centers at sub district Rokan Hilir. The type of research this is qualitative by using a method of observation and in-depth interviews. This research done on the moon Jul-Nov 2020. The subject of this study were five people. The collection of data using a method of triangulation source, triangulation of the method of data and triangulation .Based on the in-depth interviews obtained the results of that there is no problem in logistics vaccine where the vaccine is always available. Equipment storage and distribution of the vaccine was the average available, there is no funding problems with the logistic vaccine, human resources that support, always held on cadres empowerment cadres, and there is community support against immunization program. Health Department downstream to be proposed budget for the transport for immunization program administrators, often also need information media is reproduced both print and electronic about this immunization. For immunization enforcement officers in order to improve immunization service to provide information before and after immunization.
