Abstract
With the development of information technology through the Geographical Information System to present data on the distribution of the number of patients in the form of a thematic map. A thematic map is a map that displays types or classes of information based on a particular theme, for example geological maps, population maps, economic activity maps, forest maps, hydrology and so on. ArcViewGIS is a sub-software for processing spatial data. Diseases distribution reports at Puskesmas Melur have never used a Thematic Map. By presenting the report in a thematic map, it will provide a clear picture of the spread of infectious and non-communicable diseases of BPJS participating patients at the Melur Health Center.
