Analisis Indeks Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center (PMC) Tahun 2020

Abstract

The purpose of medical records is to support the achievement of an orderly administration in the context of efforts to improve health services in hospitals by managing medical records according to the organization and working procedures of health service facilities. The maintenance and retrieval of information are important functions in any health care facility. Two tools are used to facilitate the maintenance and retrieval of health information data by index and register. Index and register almost all facilities using computers, although the history is still in manual form. The research method is to use a qualitative descriptive approach. There are 4 informants. Data collection techniques by interview and observation. Data processing was performed using triagulation techniques, data analysis with qualitative analysis. The results of research on human resources in the medical record unit are not sufficient to increase the medical record index and are only carried out during hospital accreditation which is carried out by all medical record personnel, training and seminars on the medical record index have never been attended. There is no medical record index yet. The medical record index process has not been carried out, there is no medical record index policy. Placement of human resources for the medical record index, attending seminars, training, applying the SPO of the medical record index, processing the medical record index, and indexing medical records must be done based on the Permenkes and the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
