Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya kapasitas SDM BUMDes dan lemahnya kolaborasi stakeholders dalam mengembangkan diversifikasi usaha terpadu untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan Desa Pandau Jaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kapasitas SDM pengelola BUMDes, peran BUMDes, kolaborasi stakeholders, serta potensi dan kendala diversifikasi usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengelola BUMDes, pemerintah desa, kelompok tani, pelaku UMKM, masyarakat, pendamping desa, akademisi, dan mitra usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes telah memiliki dasar kelembagaan, tetapi belum didukung kapasitas SDM dan sinergi stakeholders yang kuat. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas SDM, kolaborasi multipihak, dan model usaha terpadu diperlukan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan desa.
