Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mendampingi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) guna mendukung personalisasi pembelajaran sesuai gaya belajar siswa. Perkembangan AI membuka peluang baru bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam penyediaan strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif, efisien, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan individual siswa. Namun, masih banyak guru SMK yang belum memiliki pemahaman memadai terkait konsep dasar AI maupun implementasinya di kelas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap sosialisasi, guru diberikan pemahaman mengenai konsep AI dalam konteks pendidikan. Tahap pelatihan difokuskan pada pengenalan aplikasi dan platform AI yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan gaya belajar siswa (visual, auditori, kinestetik) serta mendukung pengembangan materi ajar yang sesuai. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pendampingan intensif agar guru dapat merancang strategi pembelajaran berbasis AI secara praktis. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, kuisioner, dan refleksi bersama untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan serta keterampilan guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI, serta adanya inovasi dalam strategi pembelajaran yang lebih personal, adaptif, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model berkelanjutan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di SMK.
