Kemajuan teknologi digital yang pesat telah memengaruhi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di lembaga pendidikan secara signifikan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini, yang dilaksanakan di SMAS Nurul Falah, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan staf dalam menyesuaikan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan tuntutan era digital. Pelatihan ini berfokus pada pengenalan alat-alat digital, peningkatan efisiensi alur kerja, dan penanaman pola pikir digital untuk mengoptimalkan aspek administratif dan operasional dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Melalui lokakarya interaktif dan kegiatan praktik langsung, peserta dibekali dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam tugas sehari-hari. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya memperkuat kinerja institusi tetapi juga mempersiapkan SMAS Nurul Falah agar tetap kompetitif dan adaptif dalam lanskap pendidikan yang terus berkembang. Hasil dari program ini meliputi peningkatan literasi digital, efisiensi proses SDM, dan kesiapan yang lebih baik dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi di masa depan.
