Abstract

The government, through the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN), is implementing the Effective Injectable Contraceptive Method, MKJP, Pill, Implant, Condom, MOP, IUD, and the female surgery method (MOW) The female surgery method (MOW) or sterilization for women is the most effective modern contraceptive method. Based on data reports on the BKKBN in June 2018, there were only 73,592 acceptors or 3.51% of PPM that had been set for Riau for 209,390 candidate acceptors, namely the injection method (38.3%), the pill (29.9%) , IUD (40.4%), implants (39.8%), MOW (66.2%), MOP (15.8%) and condoms (24.5%). The implementation of sterilization reporting is very much needed for the number of sterilization activities at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. In fact, at the Hospital for Women and Children RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru, the date reports are sent to the Pekanbaru City Health Office at the beginning of the month or no later than 10 per month. Knowing the review of the implementation of reporting the Operative Method for Women (MOW) at the Hospital for Women and Children RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru.

The analysis technique used in this study was the Review of the Implementation of the Reporting on the Operative Method for Women (MOW) at the Annisa Pekanbaru Hospital for Women in 2020 which was carried out inductively. The data processing of this research is by using non-statistical techniques. Non-statistical techniques of data processing by direct interviews, the field and documentation.

Based on the results of the sterile data source, the midwife OK Sterile reporting data collection was reported manually and computerized. Data processing obtained from midwives OK and recapitulated by Medical Record staff. Data analysis on MOW implementers is recapitulated and sent to the Pekanbaru City Health Office every month.
