Breast milk is the most important food for babies to achieve optimal growth and development. However, not all postpartum mothers can breastfeed their babies because milk production is not smooth. One of the efforts to increase breast milk production is through traditional methods in the form of wake-waking leaf tea (Coleus amboinicus Lour). Where the leaves of Bangun- Bangun are one of the food plants that have a function as a lactagogum, which can increase the secretion and production of breast milk. Therefore, the leaves of the plant have the potential to be used as an ingredient in the development of functional food additives for breastfeeding mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Bangun- Bangun leaf tea on milk production in postpartum mothers at the Afiyah Primary Clinic. This type of research uses quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. This research was conducted at the Afiyah Primary Clinic. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers 0-6 months as many as 18 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. After testing using the MC Nemar Test obtained Pvalue = 0.063 (p> 0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of consumption of leaf tea on the production of breast milk for postpartum mothers. It is recommended that breastfeeding mothers consume Bangun Bangun leaf tea to increase the volume of their breast milk according to the recommended dosage and dosage
