Analisis Pelaporan Kematian Gross Death Rate (GDR) Dan Net Death Rate (NDR) Di Rumah Sakit X Tahun 2021

Abstract

In reporting deaths, Death Rate (GDR) is the crude death rate for every 100 patients who come out, either alive or dead. And the Net Death Rate (NDR) is the death rate > 48 hours after being treated for every 100 patients who come out either alive or dead. The ideal standard set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health is for GDR <45% and for NDR <25%. The total GDR figure from January- December 2021 is 23.09% and for the NDR from January-December 2021 it is 17.78%. The GDR and NDR mortality rates are in accordance with the ideal standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The data obtained is recapitulation of inpatient visits in 2021. The research method used is descriptive research with a combination evaluation study, with research informants consisting of 3 people. Research instruments with interviews and observations. The data processing technique used is statistical techniques with interview and observation methods, data analysis is carried out inductively, namely drawing conclusions based on observations and interviews. Data analysis was carried out descriptively in the form of tables and graphs. The results obtained In general, the rise and fall of the monthly GDR and NDR rates is due to sometimes inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the patient's illness is severe, causing the patient to die. Based on data at the X Hospital for the highest mortality, there were cases of Diabetes Mellitus. The conclusion of this study is the source of the GDR and NDR data obtained, namely the data from the inpatient census results at the hospital to the adjusted monthly census sheet/monthly recap.
